Myia L. Graves was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. She is an Assistant Professor at a University. Myia has an interest in furthering her expertise in child health through research. She was first introduced to the health profession by her mom. Myia’s mom took her along for wellness outreach events that served the local community. Myia is passionate about understanding how to effectively create a foundation of good health. She aims to promote health knowledge through multiple outlets. Since becoming a mom, she has recognized the unique opportunity to create engaging stories about health through Leah.
